SCHOLARSHIP

Ribbons for a Cure, Inc. issues an annual scholarship to cancer survivors, or students of parents or guardian who have had or currently have cancer.

Cancer has many long-term physical, emotional and financial effects which can become a challenge to parents and students who utilize their limited resources for cancer care and treatment. Ribbons for a Cure, Inc. offers to assist students who were affected by cancer, in achieving their academic and career goals.

Applicants must be a resident of the U.S. Virgin Islands, a graduating senior high school student accepted into a college or university; OR currently attending an accredited post-secondary academic institution or an accredited vocational, trade or business school as a full-time student, and have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.

Applicants who meet the eligibility criteria are invited to submit a completed application and the required documentation on or before the due date, as outlined in the application instructions.

This annual scholarship is funded through the generous donations of corporations, community organizations, and community advocates who support our efforts in cancer awareness and outreach.
